SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ITPR1 (inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor type 1, also called InsP3R1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ITPR1 qPCR Primer Set – inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor type 1
Also known as: ACV, CLA4, INSP3R1, IP3R, IP3R1, PPP1R94, SCA15, SCA16, SCA29
About this gene: ITPR1 encodes a intracellular receptor for inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate. Upon stimulation by inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate, this receptor mediates calcium release from the endoplasmic reticulum. Mutations in ITPR1 cause spinocerebellar ataxia type 15, a disease linked to an heterogeneous group of cerebellar disorders.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3708; HGNC ID: HGNC:6180; UniProt: Q14643; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001378452.1; Chromosome location: 3p26.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
