SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ITK (IL2 inducible T cell kinase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ITK qPCR Primer Set – IL2 inducible T cell kinase
Also known as: EMT, LPFS1, LYK, PSCTK2
About this gene: ITK encodes a intracellular tyrosine kinase expressed in T-cells. The protein contains both SH2 and SH3 domains which are often found in intracellular kinases. The ITK gene product is believed to play a role in T-cell proliferation and differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3702; HGNC ID: HGNC:6171; UniProt: Q08881; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005546.4; Chromosome location: 5q33.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
