SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ITGB2 (integrin subunit beta 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ITGB2 qPCR Primer Set – integrin subunit beta 2
Also known as: CD18, LAD, LCAMB, LFA-1, MAC-1, MF17, MFI7
About this gene: ITGB2 encodes a integrin beta chain, which combines with multiple different alpha chains to form different integrin heterodimers. Integrins are integral cell-surface proteins that participate in cell adhesion as well as cell-surface mediated signalling. The ITGB2 protein is important for immune response and defects in ITGB2 cause leukocyte adhesion deficiency.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3689; HGNC ID: HGNC:6155; UniProt: P05107; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000211.5; Chromosome location: 21q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
