SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ITGAL (integrin subunit alpha L, also called LFA-1A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ITGAL qPCR Primer Set – integrin subunit alpha L
Also known as: CD11A, EV6, HNA-5, LFA-1, LFA1A
About this gene: ITGAL encodes the integrin alpha L chain. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. This I-domain containing alpha integrin combines with the beta 2 chain to form the integrin lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1, which is expressed on all leukocytes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3683; HGNC ID: HGNC:6148; UniProt: P20701; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002209.3; Chromosome location: 16p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
