SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ITGA6 (integrin subunit alpha 6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ITGA6 qPCR Primer Set – integrin subunit alpha 6
Also known as: CD49f, ITGA6A, ITGA6B, JEB6, VLA-6
About this gene: The gene belongs to the integrin alpha chain family of proteins. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain that function in cell surface adhesion and signaling. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate light and heavy chains that comprise the alpha 6 subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3655; HGNC ID: HGNC:6142; UniProt: P23229; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000210.4; Chromosome location: 2q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
