About this gene: FCRL4 belongs to the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily and is one of multiple Fc receptor-like glycoproteins clustered on the long arm of chromosome 1. The FCRL4 protein has four extracellular C2-type immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain that contains three immune-receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs. The FCRL4 protein may play a role in the function of memory B-cells in the epithelia.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
