SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IRF5 (interferon regulatory factor 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human IRF5 qPCR Primer Set – interferon regulatory factor 5
Also known as: SLEB10
About this gene: IRF5 belongs to the interferon regulatory factor family, a group of transcription factors with diverse roles, including virus-mediated activation of interferon, and modulation of cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis, and immune system activity. Members of the IRF family are characterized by a conserved N-terminal DNA-binding domain containing tryptophan repeats.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3663; HGNC ID: HGNC:6120; UniProt: Q13568; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001098629.3; Chromosome location: 7q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
