About this gene: The INPPL1 protein is an SH2-containing 5'-inositol phosphatase that is involved in the regulation of insulin function. The INPPL1 protein also is involved in the regulation of epidermal growth factor receptor turnover and actin remodelling. Additionally, INPPL1 supports metastatic growth in breast cancer and is a valuable biomarker for breast cancer.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
