SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human INHBC (inhibin subunit beta C) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human INHBC qPCR Primer Set – inhibin subunit beta C
Also known as: IHBC
About this gene: INHBC belongs to the TGF-beta superfamily of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate a subunit of homodimeric and heterodimeric activin complexes. The heterodimeric complex may function in the inhibition of activin A signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3626; HGNC ID: HGNC:6068; UniProt: P55103; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005538.4; Chromosome location: 12q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
