SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human INHBB (inhibin subunit beta B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human INHBB qPCR Primer Set – inhibin subunit beta B
About this gene: INHBB belongs to the TGF-beta superfamily of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate a subunit of the dimeric activin and inhibin protein complexes. These complexes activate and inhibit, respectively, follicle stimulating hormone secretion from the pituitary gland.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3625; HGNC ID: HGNC:6067; UniProt: P09529; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002193.4; Chromosome location: 2q14.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
