SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human INHA (inhibin subunit alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human INHA qPCR Primer Set – inhibin subunit alpha
About this gene: INHA belongs to the TGF-beta superfamily of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate multiple peptide products, including the alpha subunit of the inhibin A and B protein complexes. These complexes negatively regulate follicle stimulating hormone secretion from the pituitary gland.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3623; HGNC ID: HGNC:6065; UniProt: P05111; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002191.4; Chromosome location: 2q35
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
