Human IMMP2L qPCR Primer Set – inner mitochondrial membrane peptidase subunit 2

Also known as: IMMP2L-IT1, IMP2, IMP2-LIKE

About this gene: IMMP2L encodes a protein involved in processing the signal peptide sequences used to direct mitochondrial proteins to the mitochondria. The IMMP2L protein resides in the mitochondria and is one of the necessary proteins for the catalytic activity of the mitochondrial inner membrane peptidase complex. Two variants that encode the same protein have been described for IMMP2L.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83943; HGNC ID: HGNC:14598; UniProt: Q96T52; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032549.4; Chromosome location: 7q31.1

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
