SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GIMAP1 (GTPase, IMAP family member 1, also called hIMAP1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GIMAP1 qPCR Primer Set – GTPase, IMAP family member 1
Also known as: HIMAP1, IAN2, IMAP1, IMAP38
About this gene: GIMAP1 encodes a protein belonging to the GTP-binding superfamily and to the immuno-associated nucleotide subfamily of nucleotide-binding proteins. GIMAP1 is believed to be involved in the differentiation of T helper cells of the Th1 lineage, and the related mouse gene is reported to be critical for the development of mature B and T lymphocytes. Read-through transcription exists between GIMAP1 and the downstream GIMAP5 gene.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 170575; HGNC ID: HGNC:23237; UniProt: Q8WWP7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_130759.4; Chromosome location: 7q36.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
