About this gene: LILRA4 encodes a immunoglobulin-like cell surface protein that is expressed predominantly on plasmacytoid dendritic cells and modulates the function of these cells in the immune response. Expression of LILRA4 is downregulated by interleukin 3. LILRA4 is one of a cluster of highly related genes located at chromosomal region 19q13.4.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
