SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ILF3 (interleukin enhancer binding factor 3, also called MPP4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ILF3 qPCR Primer Set – interleukin enhancer binding factor 3
Also known as: CBTF, DRBF, DRBP76, MMP4, MPHOSPH4, MPP4, MPP4110, NF-AT-90, NF110, NF110b, NF90, NF90a
About this gene: ILF3 encodes a double-stranded RNA binding protein that complexes with other proteins, dsRNAs, small noncoding RNAs, and mRNAs to regulate gene expression and stabilize mRNAs. The ILF3 protein forms a heterodimer with a 45 kDa transcription factor required for T-cell expression of interleukin 2. This complex is reported to affect the redistribution of nuclear mRNA to the cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3609; HGNC ID: HGNC:6038; UniProt: Q12906; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017620.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
