Human IL5RA qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 5 receptor subunit alpha

Also known as: CD125, CDw125, HSIL5R3, IL5R

About this gene: The IL5RA protein is an interleukin 5 specific subunit of a heterodimeric cytokine receptor. The receptor is comprised of a ligand specific alpha subunit and a signal transducing beta subunit shared by the receptors for interleukin 3, colony stimulating factor 2, and interleukin 5. The binding of this protein to IL5 depends on the beta subunit.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3568; HGNC ID: HGNC:6017; UniProt: Q01344; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_175726.4; Chromosome location: 3p26.2

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
