About this gene: IL22 belongs to the IL10 family of cytokines that mediate cellular inflammatory responses. The IL22 protein functions in antimicrobial defense at mucosal surfaces and in tissue repair. The IL22 protein also has pro-inflammatory properties and is involved in in the pathogenesis of multiple intestinal diseases.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
