Human IL33R qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 33 receptor
Also known as: DER4, FIT-1, IL-33R, IL1RL1, ST2, ST2L, ST2V, T1
About this gene: The IL33R protein belongs to the interleukin 1 receptor family. Studies of the similar gene in mouse suggested that this receptor can be induced by proinflammatory stimuli, and may be involved in the function of helper T cells. This gene, interleukin 1 receptor, type I, interleukin 1 receptor, type II and interleukin 1 receptor-like 2 form a cytokine receptor gene cluster in a region mapped to chromosome 2q12.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9173; HGNC ID: HGNC:5998; UniProt: Q01638; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016232.5; Chromosome location: 2q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
