SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IL1R2 (interleukin 1 receptor type 2, also called IL-1RT2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human IL1R2 qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 1 receptor type 2
Also known as: CD121b, CDw121b, IL-1R-2, IL-1RT-2, IL-1RT2, IL1R2c, IL1RB
About this gene: The IL1R2 protein is a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin 1 receptor family. The IL1R2 protein binds interleukin alpha, interleukin beta, and interleukin 1 receptor, type I, and acts as a decoy receptor that inhibits the activity of its ligands. Interleukin 4 is reported to antagonize the activity of interleukin 1 by inducing the expression and release of this cytokine.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7850; HGNC ID: HGNC:5994; UniProt: P27930; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004633.4; Chromosome location: 2q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
