About this gene: The IL36A protein is a cytokine that can activate NF-kappa-B and MAPK signaling pathways to generate an inflammatory response. The IL36A protein functions primarily in skin and demonstrates increased expression in psoriasis. In addition, decreased expression of IL36A has been linked to a poor prognosis in both hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal cancer patients.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
