SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IL36RN (interleukin 36 receptor antagonist, also called IL-36Ra) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human IL36RN qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 36 receptor antagonist
Also known as: FIL1, FIL1(DELTA), FIL1D, IL-36Ra, IL1F5, IL1HY1, IL1L1, IL1RP3, IL36RA, PSORP, PSORS14
About this gene: The IL36RN protein belongs to the interleukin 1 cytokine family. This cytokine was shown to specifically inhibit the activation of NF-kappaB induced by interleukin 1 family, member 6. IL36RN and eight other interleukin 1 family genes form a cytokine gene cluster on chromosome 2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26525; HGNC ID: HGNC:15561; UniProt: Q9UBH0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012275.3; Chromosome location: 2q14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
