SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IL17C (interleukin 17C, also called IL-17C) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human IL17C qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 17C
Also known as: CX2, IL-17C
About this gene: The IL17C protein is a T cell-derived cytokine that shares the sequence similarity with IL17. This cytokine was reported to stimulate the release of tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin 1 beta from a monocytic cell line. The expression of this cytokine was found to be restricted to activated T cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27189; HGNC ID: HGNC:5983; UniProt: Q9P0M4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013278.4; Chromosome location: 16q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
