SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IL13RA1 (interleukin 13 receptor subunit alpha 1, also called CT19) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human IL13RA1 qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 13 receptor subunit alpha 1
Also known as: CD213A1, CT19, IL-13Ra, NR4
About this gene: The IL13RA1 protein is a subunit of the interleukin 13 receptor. This subunit forms a receptor complex with IL4 receptor alpha, a subunit shared by IL13 and IL4 receptors. This subunit serves as a primary IL13-binding subunit of the IL13 receptor, and may also be a component of IL4 receptors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3597; HGNC ID: HGNC:5974; UniProt: P78552; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001560.3; Chromosome location: Xq24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
