SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IL12RB2 (interleukin 12 receptor subunit beta 2, also called IL-12RB2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human IL12RB2 qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 12 receptor subunit beta 2
About this gene: The IL12RB2 protein is a type I transmembrane protein identified as a subunit of the interleukin 12 receptor complex. The coexpression of this and IL12RB1 proteins was shown to lead to the formation of high-affinity IL12 binding sites and reconstitution of IL12 dependent signaling. The expression of IL12RB2 is up-regulated by interferon gamma in Th1 cells, and is involved in Th1 cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3595; HGNC ID: HGNC:5972; UniProt: Q99665; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001374259.2; Chromosome location: 1p31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
