SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IL12RB1 (interleukin 12 receptor subunit beta 1, also called IL-12RB1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human IL12RB1 qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 12 receptor subunit beta 1
Also known as: CD212, IL-12R-BETA1, IL12RB, IMD30
About this gene: The IL12RB1 protein is a type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the hemopoietin receptor superfamily. The IL12RB1 protein forms a disulfide-linked oligomer, which is required for its IL12 binding activity. The coexpression of this and IL12RB2 proteins was shown to lead to the formation of high-affinity IL12 binding sites and reconstitution of IL12 dependent signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3594; HGNC ID: HGNC:5971; UniProt: P42701; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005535.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
