SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IL10RA (interleukin 10 receptor subunit alpha, also called CDw210a) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human IL10RA qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 10 receptor subunit alpha
Also known as: CD210, CD210a, CDW210A, HIL-10R, IL-10R1, IL10R
About this gene: The IL10RA protein is a receptor for interleukin 10. The IL10RA protein is structurally related to interferon receptors. The IL10RA gene product is reported to mediate the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, and thus inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3587; HGNC ID: HGNC:5964; UniProt: Q13651; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001558.4; Chromosome location: 11q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
