SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IKBKG (inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa B kinase regulatory subunit gamma, also called NEMO) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human IKBKG qPCR Primer Set – inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa B kinase regulatory subunit gamma
Also known as: AMCBX1, EDAID1, FIP-3, FIP3, Fip3p, IKK-gamma, IKKAP1, IKKG, IMD33, IP, IP1, IP2
About this gene: IKBKG encodes a regulatory subunit of the inhibitor of kappaB kinase complex, which activates NF-kappaB resulting in activation of genes involved in inflammation, immunity, cell survival, and other pathways. Mutations in IKBKG result in incontinentia pigmenti, hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, and multiple other types of immunodeficiencies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8517; HGNC ID: HGNC:5961; UniProt: Q9Y6K9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001099857.5; Chromosome location: Xq28
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
