SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IK (IK cytokine) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human IK qPCR Primer Set – IK cytokine
Also known as: CSA2, RED, RER
About this gene: The IK protein was identified by its RED repeat, a stretch of repeated arginine, glutamic acid and aspartic acid residues. The protein localizes to discrete dots within the nucleus, excluding the nucleolus. Its function is unknown.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3550; HGNC ID: HGNC:5958; UniProt: Q13123; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006083.4; Chromosome location: 5q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
