SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IGBP1 (immunoglobulin binding protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human IGBP1 qPCR Primer Set – immunoglobulin binding protein 1
Also known as: ALPHA-4, IBP1, MRXS28, alpha4
About this gene: The proliferation and differentiation of B cells is dependent upon a B-cell antigen receptor complex. Binding of antigens to specific B-cell receptors leads to a tyrosine phosphorylation reaction through the BCR complex and leads to multiple signal transduction pathways.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3476; HGNC ID: HGNC:5461; UniProt: P78318; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001551.3; Chromosome location: Xq13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
