SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IFNK (interferon kappa, also called IFN-kappa) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human IFNK qPCR Primer Set – interferon kappa
Also known as: IFNT1, INFE1
About this gene: IFNK belongs to the type I interferon family. Type I interferons are a group of related glycoproteins that play an important role in host defenses against viral infections.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56832; HGNC ID: HGNC:21714; UniProt: Q9P0W0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020124.3; Chromosome location: 9p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
