SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IFNAR2 (interferon alpha and beta receptor subunit 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human IFNAR2 qPCR Primer Set – interferon alpha and beta receptor subunit 2
Also known as: IFN-R, IFN-R-2, IFN-alpha-REC, IFNABR, IFNARB, IMD45
About this gene: The IFNAR2 protein is a type I membrane protein that forms one of the two chains of a receptor for interferons alpha and beta. Binding and activation of the receptor stimulates Janus protein kinases, which in turn phosphorylate multiple proteins, including STAT1 and STAT2. The protein belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3455; HGNC ID: HGNC:5433; UniProt: P48551; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001289125.3; Chromosome location: 21q22.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
