About this gene: IFI27 enables multiple functions, including RNA polymerase II-specific DNA-binding transcription factor binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and lamin binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cell surface receptor signaling pathway; host-mediated perturbation of viral genome replication; and protein K48-linked ubiquitination. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II and regulation of protein export from nucleus.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
