SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ID4 (inhibitor of DNA binding 4, also called bHLHb27) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ID4 qPCR Primer Set – inhibitor of DNA binding 4
Also known as: IDB4, bHLHb27
About this gene: ID4 belongs to the inhibitor of DNA binding protein family. The ID4 protein lacks DNA binding ability, and instead regulates gene expression through binding to and inhibiting basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors. The ID4 protein has been implicated in the regulation of diverse cellular processes that play a role in development and tumorigenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3400; HGNC ID: HGNC:5363; UniProt: P47928; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001546.4; Chromosome location: 6p22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
