SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ID3 (inhibitor of DNA binding 3, also called bHLHb25) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ID3 qPCR Primer Set – inhibitor of DNA binding 3
Also known as: HEIR-1, bHLHb25
About this gene: The ID3 protein is a helix-loop-helix protein that can form heterodimers with other HLH proteins. However, the ID3 protein lacks a basic DNA-binding domain and therefore inhibits the DNA binding of any HLH protein with which it interacts.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3399; HGNC ID: HGNC:5362; UniProt: Q02535; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002167.5; Chromosome location: 1p36.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
