SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATG3 (autophagy related 3, also called hApg3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ATG3 qPCR Primer Set – autophagy related 3
Also known as: APG3, APG3-LIKE, APG3L, PC3-96, hApg3
About this gene: ATG3 encodes a ubiquitin-like-conjugating enzyme and is a component of ubiquitination-like systems involved in autophagy, the process of degradation, turnover and recycling of cytoplasmic constituents in eukaryotic cells. The ATG3 protein is known to play a role in regulation of autophagy during cell death.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64422; HGNC ID: HGNC:20962; UniProt: Q9NT62; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022488.5; Chromosome location: 3q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
