SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FICD (FIC domain protein adenylyltransferase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human FICD qPCR Primer Set – FIC domain protein adenylyltransferase
Also known as: HIP13, HYPE, SPG92, UNQ3041
About this gene: FICD enables multiple functions, including AMPylase activity; ATP binding activity; and Hsp70 protein binding activity. It is involved in protein adenylylation; regulation of IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response; and response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Implicated in hereditary spastic paraplegia 92.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11153; HGNC ID: HGNC:18416; UniProt: Q9BVA6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007076.3; Chromosome location: 12q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
