About this gene: HTR2C encodes a seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor. The HTR2C protein responds to signaling through the neurotransmitter serotonin. The mRNA of HTR2C is subject to multiple RNA editing events, where adenosine residues encoded by the genome are converted to inosines.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
