SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HSPA4L (heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 4 like) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HSPA4L qPCR Primer Set – heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 4 like
Also known as: APG-1, APG1, HSPH3, Osp94
About this gene: The HSPA4L protein is heat shock inducible and may act as a chaperone. The HSPA4L protein can protect the heat-shocked cell against the harmful effects of aggregated proteins. HSPA4L is highly expressed in leukemia cells and may be a good target for therapeutic intervention.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22824; HGNC ID: HGNC:17041; UniProt: O95757; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014278.4; Chromosome location: 4q28.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
