SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HTR1E (5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1E, also called S31) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HTR1E qPCR Primer Set – 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1E
Also known as: 5-HT1E
About this gene: HTR1E enables Gi/o-coupled serotonin receptor activity and serotonin binding activity. It is involved in adenylate cyclase-inhibiting serotonin receptor signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3354; HGNC ID: HGNC:5291; UniProt: P28566; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000865.3; Chromosome location: 6q14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
