SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TEX2 (testis expressed 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human TEX2 qPCR Primer Set – testis expressed 2
Also known as: HT008, TMEM96
About this gene: TEX2 is predicted to enable lipid binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in signal transduction and sphingolipid metabolic process. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55852; HGNC ID: HGNC:30884; UniProt: Q8IWB9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001288732.2; Chromosome location: 17q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
