SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AGGF1 (angiogenic factor with G-patch and FHA domains 1, also called hVG5Q) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human AGGF1 qPCR Primer Set – angiogenic factor with G-patch and FHA domains 1
Also known as: GPATC7, GPATCH7, HSU84971, HUS84971, VG5Q
About this gene: AGGF1 encodes a angiogenic factor that promotes proliferation of endothelial cells. Mutations in AGGF1 are linked to a susceptibility to Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55109; HGNC ID: HGNC:24684; UniProt: Q8N302; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018046.5; Chromosome location: 5q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
