SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAPGEF3 (Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor 3, also called cAMP-GEFI) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human RAPGEF3 qPCR Primer Set – Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor 3
Also known as: CAMP-GEFI, EPAC, EPAC1, HSU79275, bcm910
About this gene: RAPGEF3 enables guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity and protein domain specific binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including Rap protein signal transduction; cellular response to cAMP; and regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Implicated in nicotine dependence.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10411; HGNC ID: HGNC:16629; UniProt: O95398; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001098531.4; Chromosome location: 12q13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
