About this gene: HSPH1 belongs to the heat shock protein 70 family of proteins. The HSPH1 protein acts as a nucleotide exchange factor for the molecular chaperone heat shock cognate 71 kDa protein. In addition, this protein plays a distinct but related role as a holdase that inhibits the aggregation of misfolded proteins, including the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator protein.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
