SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HSPB1 (heat shock protein family B (small) member 1, also called SRP27) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HSPB1 qPCR Primer Set – heat shock protein family B (small) member 1
Also known as: CMT2F, HEL-S-102, HMN2B, HMND3, HS.76067, HSP27, HSP28, Hsp25, SRP27
About this gene: HSPB1 belongs to the small heat shock protein family of proteins. In response to environmental stress, the HSPB1 protein translocates from the cytoplasm to the nucleus and acts as a molecular chaperone that promotes the correct folding of other proteins. The HSPB1 protein is important for the differentiation of a wide variety of cell types.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3315; HGNC ID: HGNC:5246; UniProt: P04792; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001540.5; Chromosome location: 7q11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
