SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HSPA9 (heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 9, also called MOT) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HSPA9 qPCR Primer Set – heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 9
Also known as: CRP40, CSA, EVPLS, GRP-75, GRP75, HEL-S-124m, HSPA9B, MOT, MOT2, MTHSP75, PBP74, SAAN
About this gene: HSPA9 belongs to the heat shock protein 70 gene family. The HSPA9 protein is primarily localized to the mitochondria but is also found in the endoplasmic reticulum, plasma membrane and cytoplasmic vesicles. The HSPA9 protein is a heat-shock cognate protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3313; HGNC ID: HGNC:5244; UniProt: P38646; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004134.7; Chromosome location: 5q31.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
