SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HSPA14 (heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HSPA14 qPCR Primer Set – heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 14
Also known as: HSP70-4, HSP70L1
About this gene: HSPA14 is predicted to enable ATP hydrolysis activity; heat shock protein binding activity; and protein folding chaperone. It is predicted to be involved in protein refolding.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51182; HGNC ID: HGNC:29526; UniProt: Q0VDF9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016299.4; Chromosome location: 10p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
