SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HSF2 (heat shock transcription factor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HSF2 qPCR Primer Set – heat shock transcription factor 2
Also known as: HSF 2, HSTF 2
About this gene: The HSF2 protein belongs to the HSF family of transcription factors that bind specifically to the heat-shock promoter element and activate transcription. Heat shock transcription factors activate heat-shock response genes under conditions of heat or other stresses.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3298; HGNC ID: HGNC:5225; UniProt: Q03933; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004506.4; Chromosome location: 6q22.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
