Human HS6ST2 qPCR Primer Set – heparan sulfate 6-O-sulfotransferase 2
Also known as: MRXSPM
About this gene: Heparan sulfate proteoglycans are ubiquitous components of the cell surface, extracellular matrix, and basement membranes, and interact with various ligands to influence cell growth, differentiation, adhesion, and migration. HS6ST2 belongs to the heparan sulfate sulfotransferase gene family, which catalyze the transfer of sulfate to HS. Different family members and isoforms are thought to synthesize heparan sulfates with tissue-specific structures and functions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 90161; HGNC ID: HGNC:19133; UniProt: Q96MM7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001394073.1; Chromosome location: Xq26.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
