SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HS3ST3B1 (heparan sulfate-glucosamine 3-sulfotransferase 3B1, also called h3-OST-3B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HS3ST3B1 qPCR Primer Set – heparan sulfate-glucosamine 3-sulfotransferase 3B1
Also known as: 3-OST-3B, 3OST3B1, h3-OST-3B
About this gene: The HS3ST3B1 protein is a type II integral membrane protein that belongs to the 3-O-sulfotransferases family. These proteins catalyze the addition of sulfate groups at the 3-OH position of glucosamine in heparan sulfate. The substrate specificity of individual members of the family is based on prior modification of the heparan sulfate chain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9953; HGNC ID: HGNC:5198; UniProt: Q9Y662; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006041.3; Chromosome location: 17p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
