SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIOBP (TRIO and F-actin binding protein) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human TRIOBP qPCR Primer Set – TRIO and F-actin binding protein
Also known as: DFNB28, HRIHFB2122, TAP68, TARA, dJ37E16.4
About this gene: TRIOBP encodes a protein with an N-terminal pleckstrin homology domain and a C-terminal coiled-coil region. The protein interacts with trio, which is involved with neural tissue development and controlling actin cytoskeleton organization, cell motility and cell growth. The protein also associates with F-actin and stabilizes F-actin structures.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11078; HGNC ID: HGNC:17009; UniProt: Q9H2D6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001039141.3; Chromosome location: 22q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
